Registration Information

Registration Timeline

Online Registration opens February 24, 2025. Athletic and enrichment camps are filled on a first come, first serve basis. If your  camp choice is unavailable, then it has reached capacity. No wait list is available.   Registration add/drop closes at the class/camp start time on the Monday the week prior to the start of class/camp.

International Student Camp Registration

International students are welcome to register for camps in our Summer Program.   However, our Summer Program is not designed to support students whose English language skills are below grade level. The ability to listen, respond, and react in English is required for camp work and activities. It is an important safety issue and therefore we reserve the right at any time to dismiss an International child from camp without refund if they are deemed not fluent in the English language at grade level.

Before You Register for a Course or Camp

Once you have selected an athletic or enrichment camp, you will have a window of 15-minutes to complete the registration.  To best utilize your time, please have the following personal information ready:

• Health Insurance Company Name and Policy Numbers
• Physician’s Contact
• Emergency Contact and Disaster Release Contact
• Credit Card for payment

Cancellation Policy

An athletic or enrichment camp may be dropped and a refund issued up to the Monday before the first day of the camp. Once the first day of academic class or camp begins, no refund is issued regardless of the reason for the student dropping.
