This past spring, the men’s and women’s track and field teams were among the top in the WCAL with Monarchs winning individual WCAL championships in multiple events. The Monarchs also advanced to the CCS and state championships. The program offers varsity and freshman-sophomore teams for men and varsity and junior varsity teams for women.
Coach Gaspar Torregroza ’82 has spent more than 30 years coaching track and field, with much of that time spent on campus. So far, Coach Torregroza has helped athletes train for 22 league and six CCS titles.
